Terms & Conditions (Pls take a minute to read thro' before participating)
SECTION I (REGARDING ORDERS, PAYMENT & REFUND POLICIES)
1. Pls co-operate by making payment ASAP so that I can order the items once the cap is reached.
2. I reserve every right to reject your orders if I do not receive your payment when I close the spree. Hence, to play safe, try to transfer within an hour of your post.
3. Any excess in exchange rate will not be refunded.
4.If you have transferred the payment after I closed & ordered the items. Please write to me at orangysun@hotmail.com with your full name/nickname, amt transferred & trans details. I will refund to you within 2 weeks. Any unclaimed amt would not be refunded without any trans details/reference. The money will be mine if nobody claims the money within a week.
5.Pls note: No payment, no order. (Once bitten, twice shy) & pls post your order before transferring the payment. I'm v confused when I see extra money in my a/c but no corresponding order.
6. If you order fragile items for eg: accessories, it will be at your own risk as I will not be responsible if the items are mishandled during shipping . (I just wish to make it very clear, it is better to be safe than sorry)
7. Pls leave your account type/ number in the thread in the event I need to do make refund, it will b easier for me to refer to it.
8. I strongly strongly recommend that you put ALT for your items & no back-order pls! Add the item(s) in the cart to confirm its in-stock & available to ship!
9. All refunds for OOS items will be done after the spree items reached SGP. Thanks for your understanding!
10. I reserve rights to order your alt items without notifying you via email or spree msg. Hence, pls list the alt items that you really want, otherwise leave it empty.
SECTION II (AMENDMENT OF ORDERS)
11. If you wish to make amendments or add on to your orders, please delete & repost. If it is frozen, it may mean that I have already ordered the items. If that is the case, no amendments can be made.
12. Once the spree is closed, no amendments or changes can be made.
13. If due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel the spree. I'm sorry, it's usually beyond my control.
SECTION III (ORDERS MADE)
14. In the event, I make a mistake in the ordering, pls inform me via email & settle this amicably. I am a human, I make mistake at times. Let's give & take.
SECTION IV(UPDATES ON ORDERS)
15. I usually update on the following process:
(a) Orders made/submitted
(b) Orders shipped by merchant
(c) Orders received by receiving party (eg: VPOST USA, CGW)
(d) Orders reached SGP
Note: US shipment usually takes 3-5 weeks to reach SGP. Taiwan shipment usually takes 2-4 weeks to reach SGP.
SECTION V (COLLECTION OF ITEMS)
16. For collection of items, pls note the following:
(a) I will mail out your items within a week after top-up is made, unless I am too caught up with work/project.
(b) I will email you when I post your items.
(c) Your items usually take a week or less to reach you after I posted them. Hence, all enquiries regarding lost mails, pls email me aft a week has passed. However, I would not entertain any enquiries 2 weeks after I posted your item.
(d) If you opt for normal post, it is your responsibility to check with Singapore Post if your package is lost. Once the package is out of my house, I am no longer held responsible. For my part, I will ensure that there is a returned address & I write your address neatly & correctly.
(e) If you opt for registered post, I would provide you with the Registered Article number. If you do not receive your items within 2 weeks, please contact Singapore Post with your RA number. All RA receipts will be destroyed 3 weeks after I post the item..
(f) If you do not collect your items after 4 reminders & within deadlines given, the item will be mine (It is up to me to dispose it or sell it.)
SECTION VI (DELAY/LOST SHIPMENT & WRONG ITEMS SHIPPED)
17. In the event that a shipment is delayed, lost or misplaced by the shipper & it might take a while to investigate, I would like to seek the participants' understanding that release of items & refunds might take a longer time. Though this doesnt happen very often, I would try my best to ensure that it will be a win-win situation for you & me.
18. In the event that the goods or money are lost & cannot be recovered (touch wood, it hasn't happen yet), all of us including myself shall share & bear the loss together. However, I will definitely produce proof that I didn't cheat your money. I am not so desperate to run away with spree money!
19.I would not be held responsible if I order the right item but merchant ships the wrong item. However, I would try to communicate with merchant on your behalf as much as possible. However, if the merchant does not respond to my emails. There is nothing much I can do.
20. I would not be held responsible if the item arrives in SG spolit, dirty or torn. I would do my part by taking photo(s) of the evidence, show it to the participants & correspond with merchant. However, if the merchant chooses to ignore or do not respond to my emails. There is nothing much I can do.
21. In the event that participant(s) is/are not satisified with the product, participant(s) is/are responsible to return the item(s) to the merchant at his/her own costs.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST
22. I wish to emphasize, spree organising is not my full time job. I reserve the right not to reply to your emails if its not pertaining to the spree or you are not my spree participant. Moreover, I don't usually check emails over the weekends, during public holidays or if I am sick, hence pls b patient if you do not see my reply. Usually, I will reply within 3 working days.
23. Don't be offended if I reply emails in one or two liners. I don't bite but I like to get to the point.
24. I have a reputation of being nice to spree participants so if you are nice to me, I will be nice to you but don't take it for granted. God Bless~ You are in good hands,don't worry! Even if you are not watching me, God is.
25. Please join my sprees if you are comfortable with the way I work.
26. You cannot plead ignorant if you choose not to read my T&C before joining my sprees.

Many ask, why online sprees? What you can get online which you cannot get in SG? For me, its more of the kick.... hahha to wait for the darn item to arrive & when it arrives, either you LIKE IT A LOT A LOT or think DARN IT! WASTE of money! It's kinda of silly.......abit like gambling....

4. La Senza (cheap cheaper cheapest than local La Senza by at least 20-30%) Eg: 2 for $40 bras is selling at CAD$8.50, which is SGD$15.50 (cheaper by $4.50, which is 22% OFF)
5. F21 (cheaper than local F21 too, exactly the same local top is selling at $39 but online is selling at USD$11 which is SGD$22, cheaper by 40%!!! WOW)
6. Everyday Minerals (love their blush, foundation & brushes), defintely wont blow a hole in your pocket
7. Booksamillion (hard covered books at a fraction of the price...)
8. Busted Tees (funny tees in good quality AA tees)
